BERKELEY, CALIF. — Jiminy’s has launched a new insect protein-based dog treat, Nooch Puffs, formulated with crickets and nutritional yeast.

The treats are formulated with corn meal, lentil, fava bean, rice flour, crickets, sunflower oil and dried nutritional yeast extract. They are low-calorie and human-grade, and sold in 4.2-oz bags with roughly 100 puffs per package.
