LOS ALAMITOS, CALIF. — Dog is Good recently introduced BOLO Bites, a line of oven-baked dog treats from human-grade ingredients, and BOLO Broth, a line of meal toppers or broth supplements.
Each line includes three recipes with ingredients targeting specific areas of canine health and wellness.
BOLO Bites are available in Pumpkin, Sweet Potato and Peanut Butter & Berry recipes. The Pumpkin formula includes pumpkin, cinnamon, honey, oat flour, apples, chia seed and vanilla. The Sweet Potato recipe features sweet potato, cinnamon, honey, oat flour, chia seed and ginger. The Peanut Butter & Berry formula includes oat flour, peanut butter, blueberries and chia seed.
All BOLO Bites recipes include whole superfood ingredients, as well as probiotics, prebiotics and enzymes sourced in the United States. BOLO Bites are made in small batches in the United States. They are grain- and gluten-free and non-GMO.
BOLO Broth Good Coat™ is formulated with Greek yogurt and cheese and supports skin and coat health. The Good Move™ Broth features goat milk, beef bone broth and bioactive turmeric to support bone and joint health. The Good Energy™ Broth includes beef liver, chia seeds and kelp to provide electrolytes for active dogs.
BOLO Broths are intended as a meal topper to increase palatability and deliver added nutrients to a dog’s already complete-and-balanced diet. The products come in a dry powder format, so pet owners are advised to mix with water to create the broth. They can be fed on top of dry kibble, freeze-dried foods, frozen raw diets, and can also be used as a hydration supplement on their own when mixed with water.
