STAMFORD, CONN. — 3D Corporate Solutions announced June 15 it has acquired All American Pet Proteins (AAPP), a fresh and frozen protein manufacturer based in Colorado.

3D Corporate Solutions produces and supplies specialty proteins and fats to premium pet food producers, and will leverage AAPP’s beef, lamb, bison and buffalo protein products and capabilities to better serve its North American customers.

"John and Craig (co-founders of AAPP) have built an impressive business and the acquisition is very complementary to the products and capabilities we currently offer" said Scott Clawson, chief executive officer of 3D Corporate Solutions. "We are excited to partner with the AAPP team to grow the combined business.”

Founded in 2014 by John Landers and Craig Broughton, AAPP produces custom, value-added fresh and frozen protein ingredient solutions to dog and cat food manufacturers at its facility in Greeley. The company will add to 3D Corporate Solutions’ existing network of six pet food protein and palatant facilities located across the United States.

Broughton added, "We look forward to building on our long-term success as a part of 3D.”

3D Corporate Solutions is owned by its founders, management and private equity firm Olympus Partners. In September 2020, the company announced its partnership with Olympus, in which the company was split into two. 3D Corporate Solutions offers land animal proteins such as poultry, beef and lamb, while its marine, non-grain and sourced solutions were rebranded under LinkOne Ingredient Solutions, LLC.
