PAWTUCKET, R.I. — Pet Food Experts announced Feb. 15 several senior leadership appointments to support the pet food and supply distributor’s growth.
New appointments and promotions in customer experience, marketing, finance, business development and human resources are expected to help the company become more agile and modern, revitalize its brand and expand its portfolio.

Elaine Rei Marques has been promoted to vice president of finance. She will lead the company’s accounting team and oversee finance and accounting operations.
Pet Food Experts has combined its outside and inside sales teams and integrated them as part of its customer experience team, which will be led by Jim Sharp, vice president of customer experience.
Kelly Pye has been promoted to director of customer experience and strategic accounts, in which role she will optimize end-to-end ordering, sales, training processes and partnership across the distributor’s national key strategic accounts.
Barry Silver has been promoted to vice president of information technology, where he will continue to innovate and digitalize the brand.
Brian Wyrostek will lead strategic change initiatives and new business development opportunities as vice president of strategy and business development.
Natalya Fater has been appointed vice president of human resources, and Nicole Dominguez has been named vice president of marketing, where she will spearhead marketing strategy, branding and digital transformation for Pet Food Experts.
