SOMERSET, N.J. — Gericke USA announced plans to unveil its Multiflux® GMS 140 compact mixer at Powder Show 2021. The show will take place August 24-26 in Rosemont, Ill. Gericke will exhibit at booth #1026.

The Multiflux GMS 140 feature’s Gericke’s proprietary double rotor design. The mixer can achieve targeted, uniform distribution of multiple liquids and powdered materials as small batches in small operational footprints.

By directing materials to a fluidized zone, the machine offers gentle, quick and intensive mixing of ingredients to a homogenous mixture. Cycle times are 30 seconds or less, which offers higher throughput rates than other batch mixers.

The system is stainless steel with continuously welded seams. It is available in a variety of finishes to prevent contamination, meet CGMPs and adhere to US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements. The Multiflux mixer also features a full-size door and cantilevered drive to provide full access for cleaning and sanitation.

Gericke’s Multiflux GMS 140 compact mixer can be used to mix food and pet food products, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and other fragile or high-value ingredients.
