FREMONT, CALIF. — Nationwide Boiler Inc. has added three boilers with the capacity of 100,000 lb per hour to its fleet of rental equipment. The three boilers are trailer-mounted package watertube boilers, two of which are already built and ready. The other boiler is still in production at a manufacturing plant in Hutchinson, Kan.
The three new 100,000 lb per hour package watertube boilers are designed at 399 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) for saturated steam production, according to the company. They can be operated at 99.9 MMBTUH for a reduced capacity of 82,500 lb per hour. At full capacity, units can be supplied with a CataStak™ SCR system for ultra-low NOx emissions of five ppm or less, Nationwide Boiler added.
Nationwide Boiler’s rental equipment — which includes boilers and related equipment — are stored in eight facilities across North America. The company has been supplying new and reconditioned boilers to US manufacturers for nearly 55 years.
