STAMFORD, CONN. — As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to threaten public health and safety throughout the United States, organizers of Global Pet Expo on Dec. 15 announced the annual trade show will be held virtually March 24-26, 2021.

The “fully-digital experience,” dubbed Global Pet Expo Digital Access, will include three participation packages for exhibitors to choose from. The cancellation deadline for registrations has been extended to Jan. 15, 2021, to allow exhibitors plenty of time to make informed decisions about their participation.

Details about the virtual trade show are still being finalized. Pet industry retailers, distributors, mass-market buyers and other professionals are encouraged to register for the digital event on the Global Pet Expo website.

Show organizers, the American Pet Product Association (APPA) and Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA), said they plan to release full details about the digital platform soon.
