CINCINNATI — Flexible packaging company ProAmpac announced Dec. 1 its acquisition of Rosenbloom Groupe Inc., a Canadian packaging manufacturer, along with its two subsidiaries, Hymopack Ltd. and Dyne-A-Pak. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
All three companies manufacture paper and plastic bags, as well as can liners and foam packaging trays, that are supplied to North American retailers, grocery chains and wholesale distribution businesses.
