LUTZ, FLA. — METTLER TOLEDO has unveiled its latest product inspection solution, the C35 AdvancedLine Checkweigher, which offers precise weighing for packages in harsh environments.

The C35 AdcancedLine solution can weigh up to 250 packages between 25 grams and 7 kilograms per minute. It is hygienically designed for easy cleaning and minimal liquid buildup.

Non-conforming packages are segregated and data is collected through one of two available METTLER TOLEDO Weight Data Interfaces.

METTLER TOLEDO offers a range of optional conveyors and handling features for the C35 AdvancedLine Checkweigher, including guiderails for safe product handling of various products, including jars, trays and cans.

The solution is managed by a 7-inch touchscreen HMI that is designed to maximize accessibility and operator safety. METTLER TOLEDO said the solution can offer positive ROI through increased efficiency, lowered production expenses and reliability.

The company’s C35 AdvancedLine Checkweigher is supported globally for customer support, delivery and maintenance.
