BIBERACH, GERMANY — Handtmann, Inc. announced June 30 the appointment of Chris D’Aoust as managing director of Handtmann Canada Limited, the company’s Canadian subsidiary, effective July 6.
He succeeds previous managing director, Tom Kittle, who has been promoted to president of Handtmann, Inc.’s United States division. Kittle will also remain on the company’s advisory board.
In his new role, D’Aoust will be responsible for overseeing cooperative efforts between Handtmann’s Canadian and United States divisions to support cross-border support for its clients. He offers senior leadership experience, including previous roles with Sealed Air and Diversey, as well as experience leading service teams in the food and beverage industry.
Based in Guelph, Ontario, D’Aoust is an active member of the Canadian Meat Council, the Ontario Dairy Council, Masterbrewers Association of the Americas, and the Ontario Food Protection Association.
