NEW YORK — PremiumJane, a CBD product brand, on June 3 announced its venture into the United States pet market with its new line of Jane’s Pets hemp-based products for dogs.

The brand’s first product is a full-spectrum CBD oil for dogs to support overall health and wellness. Its second pet product is a full-spectrum baked CBD dog treat targeting joint health.

The full-spectrum CBD oil is bacon flavored and contains 250 mg of CBD per bottle, or approximately 0.4 mg per drop. The baked CBD treats are sold in packs of 30, with each treat containing 5 mg of CBD. The baked treats also include glucosamine, MSM, chondroitin and sulfate.

In order to bake its CBD dog treats without diminishing the product’s cannabidiol properties, Jane’s Pets says it cooks the treats “low and slow”, not exceeding 200 F.

Third-party lab testing results for its new pet line are available on the brand’s website, www.premiumjane.com/cbd-for-pets/ under respective product descriptions. The final products contain less than 0.3% THC.
