NORTH PORT, FLA. — Choice Pet Products, formerly known as Complete Animal Nutrition, has hired Ben Hosey as senior territory manager responsible for leading the pet food and product distributor’s sales in Florida.

“We are delighted that Ben has decided to join our team,” said Doug Horiski, vice president of sales and operations for Choice Pet Products. “Ben brings years of industry experience in pet food distribution to the company and will help us increase our footprint in the Southeast.”

Hosey brings more than 10 years of pet industry experience to the role. Previously, he served as a retail pet store manager and a territory manager for a different pet supply distributor. His experience with pet industry distribution and strong retail relationships in Florida will be an asset for Choice Pet Products going forward.

“I’m confident that Ben will be an excellent fit for the position and a strong asset to the company,” said Bob Sledzinski, vice president of independent retail sales and operations for Choice Pet Products. “With his experience in the pet industry and familiarity with the territory, he will be able to make an immediate impact on the success of the company.”

Choice Pet Products was initially established in 2014, but further developed through the merger of Complete Animal Nutrition and SmartPetLove in February 2020. The company represents a diverse range of high-quality pet brands and products, including pet food and treat options.
