STERLING, Ill. — A new portfolio of bulk bag unloading systems was released by Sterling Systems & Controls, Inc.  on Dec. 10, featuring highly customizable designs for various applications including pet food.

Options for customization include bulk bag discharging, crane bag lifts, bag massagers, dust containment and collection systems, tramp metal separation, material weighing, batch dispensing, complete automatic controls, and more, according to the company.

Sterling reports the bulk unloading systems can also be integrated with automatic batching and weighing systems. The company works with processors to determine what systems and features works best with each application.

The unloading systems are fully engineered, produced and sold by Sterling.
