ST. FRACIS, Wis. — Gott Pet Products, owner of Charlee Bear dog treats and Hound & Gatos pet food brands, has brought on Gina Schlueter to serve as its inside sales and customer care representative. Schlueter brings 15 years of experience with supply chain and customer service to her new role.

Schlueter is a Certified Continuous Improvement Manager and will leverage her experience to improve internal processes and customer experiences. She plans to establish processes and document them to drive improvements, according to Gott Pet Products.

Schlueter will work closely with the sales team and looks forward to working with the new product introduction team as well.

“Gina brings with her a great deal of knowledge and experience, and we’re excited to have her join the Gott Pet Products family,” says Patrick McGarry, general manager of Gott Pet Products. “I’m confident she will add a lot of value and make our processes more turnkey thanks to her unique ideas.”

Previously, Schlueter worked as a special projects and supply chain manager for Malteurop, where she was tasked with planning, developing, managing and carrying out the department’s standards and operating procedures. She also managed procurement, customer service and the logistics team in this role.

Schlueter earned her associate degree in supply chain management from Milwaukee Area Technical College and her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Green Bay.
