DANIA BEACH, Fla. — Chewy, Inc. on April 29 announced it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed initial public offering to begin trading shares of its Class A common stock.
The number of offered stocks and their price range have not been determined, as the filing has not yet cleared the SEC. The online pet product retailer intends to use “CHWY” as its ticker symbol.
