EASTON, Pa. — Elizabeth Thibodeau and Rianan Ozaeta Hickman have been promoted within Phillips Pet Food & Supplies. Thibodeau will serve as vice president of merchandising and marketing service, and Ozaeta Hickman will serve as vice president of information systems.
Thibodeau has worked as vice president of merchandising for Phillips since January 2018. In her new role, she will direct merchandising, marketing and digital solution efforts. Prior to joining Phillips, Thibodeau worked in merchandising with Target.
“Elizabeth has demonstrated outstanding leadership in refining our merchandising vision and developing critical skills, processes and capabilities in our organization,” said Todd Shelton, CEO of Phillips. “Her thought leadership in creating our Intentional Assortment is transforming our product portfolio and market position.”
Ozaeta Hickman joined Phillips in October 2017 as the director of e-commerce, and prior to that she worked in applications and systems management for national corporations such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Group, Inc., and MGM Mirage. As vice president of information systems, she will oversee Phillips’ technology portfolio, lead app development, infrastructure and security, EDI and e-commerce services.
“Rianan will lead the ongoing development of Phillips’ digital properties and the collaboration of our technology teams to solve existing technology gaps in our industry with new and exciting solutions,” Shelton said. “Rianan will help drive Phillips’ technology to be industry leading.”
