BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. — PPC Flexible Packaging, LLC has announced its acquisition of Pewaukee, Wisconsin-based HFM Packaging LTD. HFM has more than 40 years of experience in providing packaging solutions to the cosmetics, personal care, pharma, food and industrial markets.
“It’s our goal to leverage HFM’s state-of-the-art reclosable and pouch technologies in both consumer and healthcare markets to an even higher level of growth through new and existing customers across all of PPC’s businesses,” said Kevin Keneally, CEO of PPC.
HFM specializes in peel and reseal closures, pouches and turn key packaging solutions, as well as high-speed die-cut labeling capabilities. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

PPC operates five US manufacturing facilities in Buffalo Grolve, Illinois, Mission, Kansas, Rome, Georgia, and Payson, Utah, and one facility in Columbia, South America. The company acquired another packaging supplier, Temkin International, in November 2018.
