OGDEN, Utah — Steven Colopy has been promoted from director of management information systems to vice president of management information systems/business intelligence at American Nutrition, a pet food and treat manufacturer. In his new role Colopy will be responsible for creating a comprehensive digital interaction for customers and lead consumer research efforts. He will also oversee American Nutrition’s systems to manage inventory and work toward delivering the highest On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) rates in the industry.
“Steven has been with us since 2016 and continues to prove himself as a valuable asset in the organization,” said Steve Mills, senior vice president of sales and marketing at American Nutrition. “Safety and nutrition are two key players that go into the management of our business daily and Steven’s ability to strategically think and plan safety and nutrition into our company’s future has led him to this promotion.”
Colopy started at American Nutrition in 2016 as director of management information systems. Previously, he held various positions in information technology, information services and project management. Colopy earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The George Washington University and a master’s in business administration from New York University.
