BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. – PPC Flexible Packaging, LLC, a pet food, snack, produce and bakery packaging supplier announced it will acquire Temkin International. Temkin, a Payson, Utah-based packaging company specializes in rollstock, stand-up pouches and floral sleeves and supplies the pet food and treat industry among many other markets.

Having a west coast and South American presence expands our geographic footprint and provides us deeper capabilities in stand-up pouch, plate making and flexographic printing.”

The now combined supplier will operate under the PPC name and its produce and floral segments will operate under the Temkin brand.

PPC Flexible Packaging has three manufacturing facilities in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Mission, Kansas and Rome, Georgia, all of which are SQF certified. Temkin runs manufacturing facilities in Payson, Utah and Bogota, Columbia with offices in Miami and Toronto.
